We currently have an opening for a casualty representative in our San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Austin, Houston, Richardson, and Arlington, TX claims offices. A Casualty Representative receives transfers from statewide Immediate Respose team members, completes remaining coverage and liability investigations, and assesses damages primarily on bodily injury exposures to resolution. Qualified candidate should possess: * Minimum 1-2 years' experience in casualty claims handling * Experience generating creative negotiation and resolution of auto injury claims * A Bachelor's degree with a solid GPA and/or prior experience * Proven ability to handle litigated inventory and direct outside defense counsel Progressive is the fourth largest provider of personal auto insurance in the U.S. To apply for employment, please visit us at jobs.progressive.com.
