Founded in 1870, the California Dental Association (CDA) is a nonprofit organization representing organized dentistry in California. Of the 54 constituent associations of the American Dental Association (ADA), CDA is the largest and most high-profile. CDA contributes to the dental health of consumers in California and across the country by means of a comprehensive program aimed to improve dental health. CDA's membership consists of 20,000 members.
